If considering a trip to Bequia…hands down, Ohana house is a MUST stay!!! Everything, from being welcomed with fresh fruit and basic staples to the spa-like pool with its ocean view, is just perfect. The home is fabulous! The property provides multiple places to enjoy time with family and friends…..from multiple ocean view porches to idyllic exterior picnic table, hammock or fire pit gathering spaces. Sunsets were by far best watched from Ohana house. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need…to also include toaster, TWO forms of coffee brewing, blender and hot pot. One note, if you are a coffee drinker it’s best to pack some. We brought a pound of ground coffee in our carryon knowing that it’s difficult to find. Because the water to homes are rain water collected it isn’t drinkable. This was no problem since Alexa provides plenty of drinking water! That was a real life saver! All in all truly a great experience and the home was the highlight of the trip.

A lovely home! Our family of 6 (2 couples and 2 young adults) loved staying at Ohana. The layout allowed us both family time and private time. We have stayed in many properties on Bequia and Ohana was by far the best appointed. The kitchen was so beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need that we enjoyed cooking at home--something we rarely do on vacation! The views are stunning and we came up from the beach almost every evening to watch the sunset. The house is very well placed between 2 beautiful beaches and is walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Vannis and Alexa were very responsive to our needs and questions. We will happily go back!

Aloha Ohana house! Our experience with Ohana House was amazing from start to finish. The welcoming atmosphere and guidance was very professional. The attention to the esthetics of the compound is excellent. Views breath takingly beautiful. A few minutes walk to the most stunning beach and most restaurants are within a 30 minute walk.

Bequia Gem! Ohana house #1 is a well appointed apartment which has everything we needed. The view is spectacular and the pool is very refreshing. We received starting supplies on arrival and the host was available to address any concerns. The walk up the hill to the property is strenuous but not overly difficult. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was wonderful about this experience- the owner was responsive and answered any questions I had. They arranged a taxi from the airport and even had essential food in the refrigerator. The house was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Every room had an amazing view - it was the perfect spot for relaxation (and family time) whether in the pool or doing yoga on the patio.

STUNNING VIEWS! Ohana House is at a perfect location and honestly the most stunning views on the island! It is also a very easy walk to the two famous Bequia beaches, Lower Bay Beach and Princess Margaret Beach. Walking to the town of Port Elizabeth is a 25 minute stroll on a lovely beach with many restaurants/bars along the way. The house was comfortable, bed and pillows were great. We had all that we needed from kitchen wear to bathroom amenities. Ohana is great, very clean and has everything you need. Arlene, House manager, was fantastic! She was helpful from the beginning, available at all times whenever I had a question. I totally recommend Ohana house for your visit to Bequia.

This house is beautified! the layout means you have lots of privacy, and the outdoor areas feel like extensions of the house. Breath taking views! Everything you could need can be found in the house!

Simply Beautiful! Comfy! Well appointed. Alexa seems to have thought of everything to make the experience memorable. Including providing the bare essentials in the refrigerator. To get us started. The infinity pool and lounge area with an unobstructed view of the port Elizabeth was a highlight.
As far as getting around, taxi service (or rental car if you dare to drive) are necessary for just about every outing The house is at top a steep hill so people with mobility issues will have challenges walking to and from the two nearby beaches.

Absolutely beautiful view. You will be very pleased with the house and how well it is provisioned. Best stocked kitchen in any rental I’ve ever experienced. The walk up the driveway is not for the faint of hears but you wouldn’t have the beautiful view without a little work.

Ohana House is a little slice of heaven. The photos don't actually do it justice because the beauty of this entire house is too much to capture in just a handful of photos. The house is large with numerous outside spaces on every side of the house for you to enjoy the beautiful views from any angle. It was clean, everything worked perfectly and it had everything you could need stocked inside from the kitchen supplies to the hair dryer to Netflix on the big TV. Each space was adorably decorated and it didn't feel like we were in a rental home but rather staying in someone's personal home. So many large doors and windows to keep open to enjoy the amazing breeze up on the hill or we also had the option of closing everything and using the air conditioning. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature and very clean and offered one of my favourite views. They arranged for a taxi to meet us coming off the ferry who was there on time to meet us and then became our reliable taxi driver for the rest of our trip. We would call or give him a time to pick us up or drop us off and he was always on time, always communicated with us and was even available very late at night after we had been at a friends wedding! Arlene, the lady who checked us in and out was amazing. Super friendly and was also available at a moments notice if we had any questions or needed anything. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, the communication from Alexa when I booked, to the taxi driver Chris to Arlene was on point and never did we feel like we were waiting on answers from anyone. The house is beautiful and clean and perfectly maintained and I think has the best view of any house on the island. Highly recommend staying at the Ohana House, you won't want to leave!

We absolutely loved our time at Ohana House. We have stayed in various houses on Bequia and this one really tops them all. Beautifully decorated, everything new and shiny and that view is just beyond stunning. Jaw dropping. Loved the huge tv with Netflix! Loved the screens on the bedroom and bathroom windows. Quiet AC and fans. Hideously steep hill and driveway to the house but our fitness levels certainly improved over the three weeks and the little pool was a godsend at the end of the climb. We toyed with the idea of renting a car but decided the cardio workout was good for us. We loved the starter pack of groceries and all the oils, herbs and spices. So thoughtful and I wish all rentals had these available. Vanice, Arlene and Arlando were all very helpful and friendly. We would absolutely loved to return sometime. Thank you to you all!

Beyond our wildest expectations! From start to finish the Ohana house and Alexa were amazing. When researching a house for our family to stay in for our daughters wedding, this house looked ideal. Alexa was incredibly communicative, quick to respond with answers to our questions. Generally pictures online don’t always match up to a rental. But we can honestly say that even these pictures can’t do it justice. Beyond well-stocked, this home has everything. The kitchen has lots of spices and is probably more well stocked than my house. The decor is amazing. The beds extremely comfortable. And the views, the views! It was so wonderful to relax in the pool at the end of the day soaking in everything. The house manager, Arlene, was responsive and helpful. She gave us a tour upon arrival and checked in with us periodically. The set up of the rooms worked out perfectly for our extended family. My son and his family stayed downstairs in the one bedroom and living room, giving them a bit more privacy. We used the upstairs more for the family gatherings. And, of course the outside areas with multiple picnic tables and seating areas were so relaxing. The sitting room outside the master bedroom with two chairs was a delightful spot for mornings to relax with a cup of coffee. The hike up to the house was great exercise for those who are fit and if not, there are taxis to transport or you can rent a car. My family is already discussing when they can come again and stay in the magical Ohana house. Thank you to Alexa for helping make our wedding weeks perfect.

There is so much to say and we will give details. The summation: The Ohana house is a wonderful, beautiful place to stay and we highly recommend it and the island of Bequia. Now for the specifics: Ohana house is a beautiful, airy home, the colour palate was inviting and calming, the decor and ambiance was perfectly attuned to a relaxing, comforting stay. The space is perfectly laid out, large sliding doors connect the outside with the inside and you seamlessly live between the two. The outdoor BBQ and dining area was a perfect place to cook and have dinners. The attention to detail in the decoration keeps one's attention throughout the stay. The bedrooms are airconditioned and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils and spices. The views from the master bedroom and the living room balcony are breathtaking - looking out over Admirality Bay and watching the yachts sail in and out while chatting and sipping on tea in the morning became the routine. My words will not do justice to how beautiful these views are. The location of the house was perfect. It was a five minute walk to Princess Margaret beach, 20-25 minute walk to downtown and shopping, with restaurants and eateries along the way. It was quiet at night and you could hear the surf crashing on the shoreline. We could not imagine a more idyllic stay. Arlene and Davis were great hosts, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had tried to arrange a roti cooking class that fell through and Arlene was able to find a cook who taught us how to make and cook the rotis and curries. Wilam, the cook, and Davis who helped with the cooking stayed for dinner and great conversation. Willow, the gardener, was also very friendly and approachable. We would have loved to have stayed longer and hopefully will make it back again. We highly recommend Ohana house to all those who want a luxurious, comfortable experience. We want to point out that the island is a volcanic island and as such walks are steep, appropriate footwear is required.
